from the list to the real world

Your implementation list deserves a done column.

You know the improvements you want. The follow-up campaign. The Scorecard. The customer journey that actually joins up. Finding the time and technical confidence to build them is another matter.

I work alongside you to prioritise that list and get the work done. Hands-on implementation is the service: building, connecting, testing and making the fiddly bits behave. You stay focused on running your business.

Included in both

  1. Review your improvement list

We start with the improvements you want implemented and the systems involved. This is a focused initial review, not a comprehensive IT audit.

  2. Prioritise, then implement

We agree what matters most and a realistic order of work. I build, connect and test the agreed improvements within your available hours.

  3. See where the time went

Itemised time reporting shows the tasks worked on and the time spent, so progress comes with receipts.

Room for real life.

Limited rollover
Up to 50% of your monthly hours can roll into the following month only. Any rolled hours expire at the end of that month.
A rolling monthly agreement
Cancel with 14 days' notice.
An annual breather
After three paid months, you can pause your subscription for one month each year with 30 days' notice.
Satisfaction guarantee
You get an itemised invoice. If you're unhappy with any part of the work, I'll either put it right or you don't pay for that bit.

EC principles. Practical doing.

Ian Boddison
Coventry Ambassador for Entrepreneurs Circle

Someone who gets the method. And gets it built.

As Coventry Ambassador for Entrepreneurs Circle, I'm familiar with EC's principles and methods: knowing your numbers, building a joined-up customer journey and following up consistently.

If you're an EC member, we can put those ideas to work in your business through your Scorecard, CRM, automation and GenieAI. If you're not, you can still bring me your implementation list.

Mr Implementor is my independent business. It is not an official Entrepreneurs Circle service and is not endorsed by Entrepreneurs Circle.

the human behind the doing

Business brain. Technical hands. Personality included.

I build businesses as well as systems, so I know a clever tool only earns its place if it makes something easier. Mr Implementor is deliberately small: a handful of monthly hours, a short client list and me doing the work.

Bring the ideas you've picked up at EC, the follow-up that never quite got built or the spreadsheet that's become a second job. Let's turn that lovely mess into something useful.

what that looks like in practice

Less unfinished business. More working beautifully.

A few things we could take off your implementation list, depending on your systems and priorities.

Scorecards & dashboards

Give your numbers somewhere useful to live

Set up your weekly sales and marketing Scorecard or a reporting dashboard. Bring leads, sales and conversion figures together so you can see what's happening.

Customer journeys & CRM

Join up the journey

Turn your agreed customer journey into CRM stages, tasks and handoffs, from first enquiry through purchase to repeat business. Fix the fields and forms along the way.

Follow-up automation

Keep warm leads warm

Build the email sequences, reminders and follow-up workflows you've been meaning to set up. Test the triggers so the right message reaches the right person.

GenieAI & websites

Make the front door connect

Connect GenieAI forms to your website and set up lead capture, booking flows and campaigns. Work through integrations your tools support, then test the whole route.

from someone I've worked with

Good work. In Sue's words.

Sue Williams

“Ian and I worked together on Book Boost and one of his greatest strengths is turning ideas into things that actually work.

Our Author Profile Quiz is a perfect example. I developed the concept, and Ian took it from there, creating the interactive quiz that brought my idea to life.

He also handled the technical side of the business, including our website, videos and systems through Mr Implementor.

It's wonderful having someone who understands what you're trying to achieve and can actually make it happen.”
